Description

Balance Autism is looking for an Assistant Clinic Supervisor to add to our Omaha team! This role involves assisting our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with admitting new children, leading parent education and child specific team meetings, and monitoring/developing programming for children.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure that the health and safety needs of the person(s) served are met.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with individual(s) served and co-workers to promote and deliver successful outcomes for children with Autism.
  • Assist with developing, and monitoring all personalized programs, autism specific strategies and innovative solutions in order to generate successful outcomes.
  • Focus every day on supporting people with autism as they gain higher levels of independence, including skills related to hygiene, personal care, building social relationships and networks, communication, and community involvement as needed.
  • Reviews and collaborates with allied professionals to develop and implement successful treatment plans.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Bachelor's degree and currently enrolled in coursework related to obtaining BCaBA or BCBA certificate
  2. Experience working with individuals with Autism or related disorders.
  3. Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
