Title: Land Development Project Manager

Location: Columbia, SC

Pay: $120-140K

Bonus: Annual Year-end bonus

Job Description:

Our client, who is ranked in the Fortune 500 and one of the largest home construction companies in the US, is seeking a Land Development Project Manager for their team.

The position responsibilities include:

• Managing Engineers, Contractors, Create Schedules and Budgeting for existing Land Development projects
• Contributing to team efforts
• Assisting in growth of office

• 6+ years of Land Development engineering experience
• Previous experience managing a projects is strongly preferred
