Primary Responsibilities In the role of Senior Project Manager General, we'll count on you to: Understanding of project management and delivery process Developing and presenting deliverables to clients for status and updates Managing project staff and design consultants to keep projects on budget and schedule and within agreed-upon scope Through your project efforts and involvement in industry activities, developing and maintaining client relations Actively participating in and supporting internal and external development and training activities Working with Resident Engineer and providing design support during the construction of the projects Perform other duties as needed Qualifications

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field 10 years related experience experience in design, project/program management, and project coordination A minimum of 5 years of project management experience Construction administration experience is a plus, but not required Is technically capable in transit design development, and familiar with project development procedures/processes. Demonstrates interest in the development and maintenance of client relations. Strong written and oral communication skills are required and working as a team player is very important for this role. Desires to work with multiple agencies to develop projects in a collaborative fashion. Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Preferred Qualifications A license/certification may be required PMP certification Why HDR At HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for it's also about what you do and how you do it.
