**Primary Role**
Adlib have opportunities for a 3 year in-house development programme for young people interested in sound, lighting, video and rigging. The opportunities are based in the warehouse for 3 years whilst learning a specialism. People should be prepared for a very demanding role whilst having a positive and friendly attitude. For those with the dedication and drive wherever possible Adlib would be looking to extend the warehouse role into full time touring technicians roles after the 3 years. It would be imperative during the 3 years that each individual has a desire and passion to learn about the discipline they have selected.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Prep & De-prep of equipment
* Maintaining equipment standards
* Loading & Unloading of vehicles
* Ensuring deadlines are met
* Scheduling and monitoring of any safety testing that may be necessary
* General Housekeeping
* Upholding Health & Safety Standards
**Documentation/Reporting Responsibilities**
* Ensure all documentation is up to date and present
* Report faults, damages or missing equipment
**Deputy Responsibilities**
* Cover of same duties for other Warehouse Operatives in their absence
**Professional Qualities**
* Prioritising workload based on short and long-term requirements
* Interest in Live Production Industry
* Competent IT Skills

* Professional attitude
* Punctuality
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Positive approach under pressure
**Experience**
* Previous Warehouse experience welcome
* Some experience in Live Production Industry
