Associate Veterinarian - Military veterans preferred

Seeking a full time Associate Veterinarian (40 hours/week) but would consider a qualified part-time associate as well. Salary would start at $110,000 for a new graduate and would increase according to experience. We have a thriving practice in an upper middle class suburban area in Jacksonville which has many qualities to offer, including wonderful beaches and waterways, tons of golf courses, and the up and coming professional football team, the Jacksonville Jaguars!

We practice high quality medicine and very few of our clients question our prices. We are a strong team with my key employees being employed by me for 10 years or longer. Very flexible employer and Director works just as hard as everyone else on team. Dedication and honesty is key.

State of the art equipment. We are passionate about dentistry and laser surgery, but we also have a state of the art ultrasound machine, shockwave therapy, Phovia, anesthesia machines equipped with both isoflurane and sevoflurane as well as all the other standard equipment. We are an AAHA hospital having been a member since 1985. We have won many awards for our hospital including Hospital of the Year in 2020.

Open Monday to Saturday; Closed on Sundays

We are open 7-7 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7-3 on Wednesday, and 7-12 on Saturday.

We do take emergency calls after hours but rarely have to come in for emergencies. We rotate emergency hours among the veterinarians fairly. Our usual day includes seeing appointments from 9-11:30, surgery from 12-2:30, then seeing more appointments from 3-close. We rarely see appointments after 5 PM.
