Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialis - Military veterans preferred

Our client is seeking a rock-star AP and AR Specialist! You will be working in a growing industry for a stable company.

Responsibilities:

• Process account payable invoices which will usually amount to 100 invoices per week
• Oversee processing work orders
• Assist with accounts receivable
• Responsible for basic journal entries
• Communicate with vendors with any invoice discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Associates in Accounting preferred
• Prior experience in Account Payable
