Real Estate Development Manager Overview:

As a Real Estate Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our development projects from inception to completion. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and city officials, to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in accordance with our high standards of quality. Real Estate Development Manager Responsibilities: Lead the development process from site selection and due diligence to entitlements, design, permitting, construction, and project delivery. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to maximize profitability and minimize risk. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, government agencies, and community members. Conduct market research and feasibility analyses to identify and evaluate new development opportunities. Collaborate with the acquisitions team to assess potential acquisitions and development opportunities. Real Estate Development Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on multifamily projects. Proven track record of successfully managing complex development projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of zoning regulations, entitlement processes, and construction methods. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
