Nurse Manager - Military veterans preferred

DescriptionOak Park Place, a premier provider of skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care in Wisconsin is growing and we have openings in our beautiful Madison Grandview facility. We are currently searching for an RN Nurse Manager to assist with the growth of this beautiful facility.The RN Nurse Manager manages the nursing department with the goal of providing a safe, homelike environment where our residents can achieve and maintain their fullest level of wellness and function. Utilizes sound clinical practices to maintain excellent quality care. Manages the clinical team and oversees resident health and wellness through regular resident monitoring and communication. Implements nursing policy and procedure and ensures smooth operation of the clinical department. Other relevant duties as may be required or assigned.RequirementsThe qualified candidate will have:5+ years of RN experienceCurrent WI Registered Nurse (RN) licenseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term careExperience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid
