Ventricle Health is seeking a full-time Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. A critical role and force multiplier, the Senior Product Manager is an integral member of the team responsible for defining and executing the overall product strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration, to ensure the successful development and delivery of high-impact products aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, maintenance, and eventual sunsetting of products. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and launch processes. Scrum Planning and Execution : overseeing the end-to-end Scrum planning and execution process, ensuring alignment with business goals, effective communication within the cross-functional team, and timely delivery of high-quality products. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, informing strategic product decisions. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products, using data-driven insights to optimize and iterate on features.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment. Digital healthcare experience preferred, not required Demonstrated success in leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex software solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the industry.
