Key Responsibilities: §

Business Process Analysis: •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand credit management requirements and processes. •Analyze existing credit management practices and identify areas for improvement. •Attend workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. §

System Configuration and Customization: •Configure and customize the SAP FSCM Credit Management module to align with business requirements. •Define credit management rules, credit limit rules, and credit scoring models. •Customize credit check procedures, payment terms, and risk categories. •Define workflows and approval processes for credit limit increases and credit limit overrides. §

Credit Risk Assessment and Monitoring: •Develop and implement credit risk assessment methodologies and models. •Conduct design analysis for credit evaluations, including financial analysis and creditworthiness assessment. •Design effective process for credit limits, credit exposures, and credit risk indicators. •Supporting designing and development teams in setting up processes for credit limit increases and credit limit blockings. §

Reporting and Analytics: •Supporting in Designing credit management reports and analytics using SAP FSCM Credit Management functionalities and other reporting system. •Provide insights and recommendations based on credit management data and trends. •Propose key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit management and collections. §

User Training and Support: •Conduct end-user training sessions on SAP FSCM Credit Management processes and functionalities. •Provide support and guidance to users on credit management-related issues and inquiries. •Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field. •Strong experience in implementing and supporting SAP FSCM Credit Management module. •In-depth knowledge of credit management processes, credit risk assessment, and collections management. •Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management configuration and customization. •Familiarity with integration between SAP FSCM Credit Management and other SAP modules, such as Accounts Receivable and Sales and Distribution. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

SAP Certification is an added advantage.
