Project Manager -Store Planning and Construction - Military veterans preferred

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of our retail stores, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage and lead the end-to-end process of store planning and construction projects from initial concept to completion. Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and regularly monitor and report progress to stakeholders. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction, including procurement, site preparation, permits, and inspections. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to design and quality standards. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions to ensure project success. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners, providing updates and resolving any challenges that may arise. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture construction management, Engineerinng or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably in retail store planning and construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and building codes Proficiency in project management software and tools Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and communication to delivering high quality results. Ability to work Independently. Extensive Travel Required Bilingual is preferred.
