We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building great products and leading high-performance teams. Our ideal candidate will have a unique background and experience that has shaped their approach to product management.

What You'll Do

Play a key role in defining the strategy, vision, and execution of our OMS product, focusing on innovation, usability, and efficiency. Identify, build business cases, prioritize, and steer critical projects that deliver better merchant experience and ROI to drive growth to our brands. Help develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision and goals and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, build business cases, prioritize, and steer critical projects that deliver better customer experience and ROI to drive growth. Analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions and identify areas for product and process improvements in data sharing. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure the success of product management. Generate regular reports, analyze data, and present actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making. Work intimately with UX and Design teams to ensure the product aligns with user needs and provides an exceptional user experience. Implement design thinking methodologies to drive creative problem-solving and user-centric product development. Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to build a comprehensive and effective product. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our OMS solution meets market demands. Define and prioritize product features, creating a detailed roadmap and timeline for development and release. Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, incorporating feedback and iterating for continuous improvement. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the product team. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors through research, analysis, and testing. Analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in SAAS, CPG, logistics, or supply chain industries. Experience leading feature development and process optimization projects and driving results through cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience developing and analyzing operational, customer, and business needs and prioritizing product features and/or operational changes Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize accordingly. Experience delivering products in both US and non-US markets, and the ability to add a global perspective to products and features
