As a Shell Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage commercial shell construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in shell construction project management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Local to Miami & Fort Lauderdale areas of Florida, they offer an exciting opportunity to lead and manage pivotal shell construction projects.

Description

  • Manage all phases of shell/ concrete construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and clients.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial shell construction project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
