Description
- Manage all phases of shell/ concrete construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve milestones.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and clients.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial shell construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
