YOU MUST HAVE
Experience managing Hotel/Condo projects from inception to close out and a project list/portfolio to showcase your proven success
A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
Excellent communication and constructability
The ability to confidently manage complex General Contractors and diverse teams, demonstrating your leadership capabilities and presence
A proven record of being a hands-on problem solver with a ‘Make it Happen’ attitude

CAREER PATH
Successful delivery of the project will enable you to take responsibility on larger projects in line with company needs and your career goals.
COMPENSATION
Base salary: $175,000 – $250,000
Standard benefits plus auto allowance and performance-based incentives
