Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year experience in MLTC required. • Current NY State RN licensure. • While case load is focused in a particular area, you must have the ability to travel within the 6 counties of Monroe, Genesee, Erie, Niagara, Orleans & Chautauqua as needed.
