Microbiology Lab Supervisor - Military veterans preferred

Job Description
Our client in New York is looking for a Laboratory Supervisor in Microbiology to beresponsible for overseeing the operations of the laboratory on a day-to-day basis, per shift, to ensure highest quality of patient care while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

Including oversight of quality of work as well as staff performance and interactions.

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary will be determined by experience.

$100,000 - $120,000

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Required
• In order to qualify for a supervisor position, as per NYS DOE, 6 years of bench experience as CLT required (2 years could be substituted for a Master's degree in Science or Arts).
• NYS DOE Clinical Laboratory Technologist license is required. ASCP registration or equivalent desirable
