We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented specialist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting various aspects of sales and administration. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and a strong business acumen to effectively support our sales and administrative functions. They will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity, latitude and ethics is expected.RequirementsResponsibilities:Coordinate yearly sales meetings, including venue selection, agenda planning, and logistics coordination. Will also be expected to attend the events to oversee success.Manage and coordinate on and off site events, including but not limited to conferences, trainings, and corporate gatherings.Oversee standard visitor management, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all guests.Coordinate customer meeting schedules, outings, business reviews for trade shows.Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication.Support large scale roll out and installation management, liaising with internal teams and external partners as needed.Oversee sales manager demo stock and trailer management, ensuring availability and readiness for presentations and demonstrations.Manage field territory and roster assignments, supporting sales teams in optimizing their reach and effectiveness.Provide support for field business reviews, including data analysis, presentation preparation, and follow-up actions.Enforce online minimum advertised pricing policies, monitoring online channels and taking appropriate actions to maintain compliance.Behavioral Requirements:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients.Exceptional negotiation skills to facilitate successful outcomes in various business scenarios.Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.Proficient written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise correspondence.Demonstrated business acumen to understand and support organizational objectives effectively.Minimum Requirements:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for sales and customer management.Previous experience in event planning and coordination, with a strong understanding of logistical requirements.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and administrative functions.
