Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Senior Supply Planner is responsible to plan and schedule production requirements ensuring customer requirements are delivered, inventory objectives are achieved, and operational efficiencies are optimized. We're growing fast and we want you along for the journey!Requirements Produce and issue production schedules for Packaging and Bulk production on a weekly deadline.Ensuring inventory position, operational efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs are prioritized.Analyze planned capacity versus actual yield information and implement advanced planning.actions to ensure weekly schedules are reliable and MRP demand planning is accurate.- Conduct a weekly RCCP with the Production and Maintenance to ensure shifts needed for production are secured and to plan any downtime in productionVerify and ensure availability of materials required to meet production schedules on a daily.Basis by proactively analyzing and communicating regarding inventory position, lot expiration, quality status and materials movements.Understand complex bill of materials and how they impact multiple operational functions.Organizing, cleaning, and auditing Master Data to ensure accurate production planning.- Run Rates- Change over times- Downtime- ScrapTrack and scorecard daily production vs planOwn production tech transfers between Irvine facility and other manufacturing plantsOwn special projects within supply chain to improve efficiency.Working in compliance with the company's Health & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities ProcedureWill comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of NutrawiseOther duties not included here may be required.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities RequirementsThree {3) to five {5) years' experience in Production Planning, preferably in theconsumer products industryDemonstrated experience with an MRPII system and MS Office applications.Proven analytical and operational experience.Familiar with GMP, and the various practices of the food and pharmaceutical industryAbility to produce reports and schedules in a timely and accurate manner.Strength in inter-personal, teamwork and communication skillsExperience in both short-term and advanced planning processesInnovative, adaptable, and motivated towards continuous improvementBenefits:Competitive salary, including discretionary performance-bases bonuses.Health Benefits (medical, dental, vision)Life Insurance401(k) MatchingFlexible Spending AccountsEmployee Assistance ProgramVacation TimeEmployee Recognition ProgramsLearning & DevelopmentWork/Life BalanceFun Company Events Salary Description $70,700k - $106,100k DOE
