Client Relationship Manager - Military veterans preferred

This individual will be a "finisher" who thrives on building relationships for the long-term and has a mature work ethic and demeanor to gain client trust. What you'll be doing: Perform in-depth work in the areas of investments, retirement planning, cash flow management, charitable giving, estate planning, and tax planning. Collaborate with external professionals and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination, optimizing client service delivery. Act as the primary point-of-contact for clients, acting as a trusted liaison between clients and advisors/partners. Develop an understanding of client needs and preferences and advocate for them; ensure tailored and effective execution of service. Execute service strategies, track goals, and monitor trends to anticipate and address future client needs proactively. Manage account processes: including, new applications, transfers, and investment implementations; ensure smooth transitions for clients. What you'll need to be considered: Bachelor's Degree in related field. Client service experience in a wealth management environment. Ability to work collaboratively as a part of the team structure. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM technology. What could set you apart: Professional experience as a CPA or Financial Advisor.
