The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of projects. Ensure projects are executed within budget and on scheduling by coordianting with various key deicision makers, managing of resources, and addressing any challenges.

A Top GC is looking to bring on a Project Manager to work on a small to mid-sized construction projects in the LA to OC area. This construction company has an excellent track record for wide-ranging experiences, exceptional teamwork, and phenomenal growth. Description

Project Manager:

  • Must have experience managing commercial projects from ground up, tenant improvement construction
  • Actively participates in the construction process by preparing information (schedules, budgets, scopes of work) to be utilized in securing new work.
  • Stays current with top industry software and technology packages: maintains current technology and makes recommendations for future technology acquisitions.
  • Maintains RFI's and submittals
  • Maintains estimating databases and templates (estimating templates, scope of work templates, etc.).
  • Maintain and distribute project documentation
  • Field operations and safety

Profile

Successful Candidate:

  • 8-10+ years experience in Construction industry
  • Commercial project experience required
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key subcontractors
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required
  • Based in the OC or LA area - will be required to go into OC office 3-4 times a week with travel to LA projects on an as needed basis

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 - $170,000 depending on applicant experience
