Requirements
Board Certified / Board Eligible
Not accepting Board Certified IM
Will accept ABFM boards
If ABEM certified only NIHSS is required
If FM boarded then ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and BLS are required also
DEA
Active KY License or IMLC
Minimum # years experience: 2
CSR
Can cover 5-7 day stretches at a time - Preferred
Clear background with no malpractice - Preferred
Must be able to do the following procedures with supporting logs: Breast Cyst Aspiration, Central Venous pressure catheterization, Endotracheal intubation (20 cases for past 24 months), Lumbar Puncture, Nasal Hemostatic Packing-Placement of Anterior & Posterior, Paracentesis, Suprapubic Bladder Aspiration, Thoracentesis & moderate sedation
