Senior NEPA Project Manager - Military veterans preferred

Highly respected, national engineering firm is looking to add a Senior NEPA Project Manager to their team in their Toledo, OH office! Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field, Urban Planning, Science, Geology or related field. More than 10+ years of experience with all parameters pertaining to NEPA projects- including but not limited to proposals, reports and project execution. NEPA pertaining to VA, DoD and DOT experience is a HUGE plus! Must have an understanding of how to collect and analyze data pertaining to social, economic, and environmental in order to analyze the impact and make recommendations. Must be able to lead a project- and ensure all requirements and project guidelines meet NEPA regulations. Knowledge of state and federal NEPA regulations and guidelines. Experience and knowledge of proposals, reports, permits and approvals compliant with NEPA and state/federal environmental laws. Must be able to write documents and reports in a professional manner. Must have a business development mentality! Must be a team leader- willing to train and mentor younger staff! Must be willing to be a public speaker for meetings in order to communicate project information and updates to the public regarding the project and its plans.
