Supervises the Registered Nurses, Paramedics, ED Techs, and Unit Secretaries. Serves as a clinical resource for ED staff and assists other team members with clinical duties. Facilitates flow of ED patients through the department. Works collaboratively with other ancillary departments to facilitate ED patient care. Actively participates in PI projects in the department and completes daily prevalence rounds.
