We believe our Guiding Principles foster a culture of excellence that benefits both employees and customers.Our Guiding PrinciplesAct with Integrity & in ComplianceDrive Value CreationBe Disciplined EntrepreneursFocus on the CustomerAct with HumilityTreat others with Dignity and RespectSeeking Fulfillment in your WorkThe Parts Crib Attendant will order and maintain inventory of parts as well as follow our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.Enter data into the inventory system on receipts, consumption, and disbursement or parts.Contact vendors for needed repairs.Order and distribute parts for the maintenance department.Maintain stock parts and parts room in an organized and clean status.May assist with mold and neck tooling changes.Assist maintenance staff with mechanical repairs.Adhere to department budget and provide weekly reports to the department manager.Other duties as assigned by management.Starting Pay Rate:$24.00Minimum Requirements:Familiarity with tools and mechanical/electrical components necessary for the position.Must be able to work with minimal supervisory oversight, attentive to detail, and be highly organized.Preferred Qualifications:A High School diploma, Associates degree (or higher) in a technical field is strongly preferred.Five (5) years related experience supporting maintenance functions in a manufacturing environment.Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience with inventory management systems preferred.We Believe in Rewarding our Most Important Resource - Our People!
