What You’ll Do

Serve as product champion for various portions of the business Guide staff and lead new product introductions using internal formulation techniques Be a valued and integral member of a dedicated senior management team

Qualifications, Partial List

BS degree in chemistry, polymer science, material science or related discipline; advanced degrees preferred.. Physical and testing lab experience; CASE is mandatory Supervisory or management experience Experience supporting and leading new product development for products provided to the CONSTRUCTION industry
