We currently have Picker positions available on both first and second shift at our 772 Specialists Avenue distribution facility in Neenah, where we distribute our high-quality, fine art products that you can be proud of!
What we offer:
Starting wage of $21.00/hour. Wage gradually increases to $22.06/hour!
Second shift gets an ADDITIONAL $1.35/hour!
Consistent working shift (no swing), plus overtime
Sundays and holidays off

Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
Can work up to 12-hour shifts, including some Saturdays
Have some prior distribution experience (this is preferred, but not necessary)
Are enthusiastic about learning and building new skills!
Position Summary:
Under the direction of supervision, this employee will be primarily responsible for picking customer orders. Position will also be called on to perform general material handling duties and any other duties as needed.
Essential Functions:
Picking Orders
Understanding all labeling requirements
Ability to batch process orders
Any other duties as directed
Perform general housekeeping as required
Train others as needed
Operate your lift & plan your tasks at an optimal rate to ensure the DC team has good efficiency, teamwork, & workflow
Be a positive influence to the material, support, suppliers, vendors, and salaried teams
Physical Abilities:
Continuously required to stand, use hands to conduct work functions.
Frequently required to reach above shoulders, twist, turn, walk, sit & bend.
Occasionally required to lift up to 50-75 lbs. (team lift if needed).
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Required to operate powered vehicles & read a tape measure.
Sensory requirements are communication, hearing, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus vision.
Education, Experience and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical ability, organizational, and troubleshooting skills are required
Able to communicate equipment issues to maintenance
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to read a ruler (US and metric) and have strong math skills
Attention to computer entry detail & accuracy
Safety:
Observe all safety rules, practice safe working habits, and report any unsafe situations to a supervisor
Be adequately trained on all safety related programs required by the company
Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste (such as participating in Safety Blitzes)
