Salary Range:

Clinical Manager ($95K-$115K)

GeneralSummary: The following duties are an overview of someof the duties related to the Clinical Manager. These may be adjusted as thecompany grows and develops and it is the Managers responsibility to perform allduties as assigned or requested for timely operation ofdepartment/organization.

Management

  • Communication and organization ofindividuals including but not limited to daily scheduling, reviewing andapproval of PTO, expenses, and bonuses, organizing call/ holiday rotation,coordinating travel, supply management
  • Triaging add-on cases and creating aplan for coverage regardless of location and time
  • Increases effectiveness byrecruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, anddisciplining
  • Communicating values, strategies,and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, andappraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate foroffering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities
  • Assisting administrative team withscheduling, asset management, credentialing, etc
  • Maintains quality service byestablishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Assistin coordination and execution of annual competencies, continuing education andstudent clinical rotation
  • Implementand reinforce quality initiatives
  • Assistwith retention and recruitment
  • Overseeteam's compliance - credentialing, Joint Commission and technical protocols
  • Supportand participate in strategic planning with management team including but notlimited to Education Coordinator, Quality Director, Regional Managers
  • Analyzepolicies and procedures for recommended changes to improve effectiveness andefficiency
  • Playan active role in resolving issues that impact relationships with referringpractices and facilities
BusinessDevelopment
  • Developing and implementingadditional business through organic, planned or acquired effort including butnot limited to new facility acquisitions and current facility penetration- new surgeons, new case type acquisition
  • Interpret changes in themarketplace, generate ideas and carry out initiatives to increase marketadvantage
Leadership
  • Provide leadership and vision to thearea by assisting the Executive team with the development of long range andannual goals along with continual evaluation and reporting on progress of goals
  • Develops strategic plan by studyingtechnological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommendingobjectives
  • Builds company image bycollaborating with customers, government, community organizations, andemployees; enforcing ethical business practices

Minimum Requirement: CNIM certification and 5 years of IONM experience posttraining

Education: Graduation from a Commission of Accreditation of Allied Health EducationPrograms (CAAHEP) accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) program, or anassociates degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred

ReportingRelationship : ChiefOperating Officer

Job Duties in addition to those listed above

Perform IONM studies per National Standards and NWMprotocols

Take call as directed and respond to emergency call

Cross train in other modalities and regions as needed

Participate in training and competencies

Support other regions when necessary

Assist with mentoring and training

Assist in Quality Assurance program

Perform all other duties as assigned or requested for thetimely operation of the region and organization

Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
