The ideal candidate should possess superior oral and written communication skills, proficiency in legal research using Westlaw, the Internet, and other sources, and a deep understanding of litigation procedures. Membership in the Florida Bar is required. Duties: Represent clients in estate planning, civil litigation, and family law cases. Conduct legal research using Westlaw, the Internet, and other relevant sources. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar.
