**Your Role:**
As a Team Leader, you will lead the team and be primarily responsible for restoring interrupted process flow and creating and implementing standardized work procedures. You will have the opportunity to:
* Make safety your number one priority by driving out safety initiatives
* Troubleshoot problems to root cause
* Maintain and resupply production and warehouse items as needed
* Schedule customer pick-ups and deliveries
Ultimately, you will use your leadership skills to train and develop the team to work toward goals and ensure that we are continuously improving.
