**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The District Manager (DM) is responsible for the operational functions of the territory; including but not limited to, driving sales, carrier relations, and outside sales. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.

**Core Duties and Responsibilities For a District Manager**
* Responsible for supervision of all stores in assigned Area (5-7 stores)
* Responsible for all Carrier Relations within assigned Area.
* Responsible for Outside sales, B2B and event activity as defined as Fixit Street Team (80% in store/20% street team)
* Required to be in store locations minimum 5 days per week (each store visited twice per month)
* Oversee achieving sales quotas
* Responsible for managing all aspects of the area in a synchronized and efficient manner
* Direct and support the SM, ASM, and technicians in the area
* Provide information regarding new product to the area
* Analyze sales trends
* Responsible for identifying policies and procedural issues
* Responsible for meeting or exceeding performance objectives as established by upper management to include meeting deadlines.
* Responsible for conducting regular meetings with all sales staff to assist them in achieving their goals as defined by management.
* Responsible for conducting performance reviews and disciplinary actions as appropriate in conjunction with Corporate Human Resources
* Responsible for calculating monthly commissions for Sales Associates in conjunction with the District Manager
* Responsible for inventory reconciliation, control, and delivery, must comply with inventory aging policies
* Responsible for heading weekly team meeting
* Maintain personal key metrics above standard
* Responsible for maintaining standards of appearance as established by Fixit Mobile.
* Other duties as assigned as needed
**Minimum Qualifications**
* High-school Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Sales or Marketing
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Extensive experience in building a successful staff through continual training
* Successful track record in developing new business opportunities
* Outstanding skills in team leadership, strategic planning and personnel management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
**Physical Requirements**
* Fine detail work on small and delicate electronic components
* Extended periods of time standing
* Lifting up to 50 pounds
* Occasional bending, stooping, pulling
* Repetitive motion tasks while doing computer work
* Exposure to active wireless equipment, signals and transmissions
