Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are looking for a Staff, Product Manager - Digital Identity & Walmart P ay to join the Financial Services Product org . This individual will build a zero-to-one c ustomer experience that ties together multiple customer data initiatives and standardizes the way we know our customer. In addition, the role will be responsible for working horizontally across omni service areas like Mobile , Vision, and Bakery to shift consumer behavior towards digital.

We are looking for a technical product manager with a proven track record of architect ing capabilities from scratch ; own and develop a roadmap, gather requirements, calculate trade-offs, and iterate on solutions to optimize against our enterprise objectives . This individual will balance being in the weeds while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business, design, and engineering.

In this role, you will...

  • Drive strategy and lead product development for Digital Identification across a mosaic of online and in-store verticals, including Walmart+ Membership, Vision, Auto Care Center, Money Services, Pharmacy, Bakery, and more.
  • Master the Identity space and evangelize core metrics for growth, optimization, and new business opportunities to stay ahead of a highly competitive marketplace.
  • Author detailed product requirements (PRDs), user flows, and strategy documentation to align key stakeholders and prioritize what, how, when, and why.
  • A ct as product owner for scrum teams working to ship payment & digital identity platform products. Support product implementation and deployment by engaging with Platform Engineering and Scrum Masters during implementation to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions, ensure feature adoption, and coordinate post-launch activities to validate that the product works as designed.
  • Drive reporting for your portfolio and keep the team abreast of the performance of your features. Use data to drive continuous optimization in your portfolio.
  • B uild collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and gaining alignment from executive leadership.
What you'll bring...
  • 6+ y ears of experience in customer profile or account authentication, digital identity or identity proofing, PAM, mobile or digital wallet, KYC, or fraud & abuse prevention.
  • A do-er with strong sense of ownership and eye for detail who can not only champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of business goals and objectives , but can also roll up your sleeves to get deep in the weeds to help the team get the job done.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, use data and sound business judgment to influence prioritization and trade-off decisions.
  • Ability to take a long-term strategy and a big feature backlog and translate that into roadmaps.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity well. You can make decisive calls without enough information.
  • Outstanding communication , analytical , and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical experience (SWE, TPM, Dev, Agile delivery) a major plus.
  • Professional experience at a major identification, identity proofing, or PAM provider (CLEAR, IDEMIA , ID.me, etc.) a major plus.
