POSITION SUMMARYAs the Project Control Manager, you will provide a full range of business operations services and program control management for the Construction Business Unit.You will be responsible for financial, project control, and business operations for all assigned programs within the construction business unit.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSResponsible for accuracy in financial reporting for cost, revenue, and profitability internally to the division and finance department and externally to the client(s) by contractual obligations to ensure cost objectives are met.Review, validate, and report actual project costs incurred for labor, material, ODCs, and travel.Participate in financial planning and forecasting for operations and business. Provide management with strategic planning, performance measurement, and organizational decision-making information.Perform monthly budget to actual variance analysis for each project.Prepare month-end revenue and cost accruals.Generates quarterly EAC review packages for senior leadership.Manage program accounts receivable, including working with the billing department to ensure prompt and accurate monthly invoicing, perform unbilled analysis, and resolve billing issues.Manage, process, and track vendor invoices, working closely with accounts payable.Create account charge numbers, compile/verify/reconcile period-time reporting for accuracy, and assist with corrective actions.Solving problems with limited supervision and as a member of the business team.Monitor contract cost performance, address notification of funding limitations, ensure external reporting meets the contractual requirements, and ensure group responsibilities, including invoicing and financial contract close-out.Track Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable for the CSG group and help resolve issues with past-due and unbilled receivables.Monitor the business group's overhead expenditures and assist with developing a mitigation plan if the actuals do not track to budget.Lead finance and accounting kick-off meetings for new projects.Assist where needed within the Finance organization.POSITION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance,Accounting, or a related field.10+ years of related experience, including 5+ years of direct experience managing PC/Finance staff.Knowledge of FAR and other Government Procurement Regulations (GPR).Invoicing experience in WAWF/PIEE.Excellent attention to accuracy and detail.Strong time management, self-driven, and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Strong knowledge of Costpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, databases, and accounting software.SKILLS/ABILITIESCritical Thinking - Evaluate and interpret data, facts, and information to create unique and creative solutions and proposals.Interpersonal Skills - Communicating effectively with people in varying fields and positions.Teamwork - Work collaboratively with members of the Aleut Team and outside clients, customers, and contractors.Organizational Proficiency - Plan, prioritize, and achieve goals to maximize the impact of the role of senior contract specialist.Flexibility/Adaptability: The ability to cope and adjust to the inevitable disruptions to the best-laid plans of mice and men.Drive - Motivated to succeed and be a part of the success of the Aleut Federal mission of giving back to our Shareholders, providing our clients with consistent excellence in execution, and bettering communities by being an active participant in our local markets.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to pass a pre-employment background screening.#AF
