Chris served in the US Navy where he gained much knowledge and exposure to the field and Brandi has been an RN for over 20 years. The Field Manager manages all aspects of the coordination of home care services- overseeing Caregivers and their Clients and documents all interaction according to internal, federal, and state regulations.

Job Duties:

* Scheduling and Staffing

* Leader to Caregiving Team

* Serves as Backup when there is a hole in the schedule

* Administrative Assistance

Measurements of Performance:

* Timeliness; visits, training, and paperwork are not delinquent

* Accuracy; all documentation is correct and in line with state standards

* Quality; the oversight provided ensures adequate care

* Cooperation; ability to coordinate care with a teamwork mentality

* Communication; effective coordination of all aspects of the job

* Conscientiousness; ability to complete duties with minimal oversight

* Sense of urgency

* Availability when responding to incidents, scheduling issues, & on-call events

Requirements:

* High school diploma; 4 year college degree preferred
* Smart cellular device
* 3+ years experience in the industry
* Reliable transportation

* 18 years of age or older

* Pass a background check
