AI Platforms Performance Insights

team is looking to hire a Product Manager Performance Insights Analytics to deliver value to the Verizon organization through deep analytics and business intelligence reporting that enable

the team to drive intelligent insights into actions. The Performance Insights team is responsible for guiding cross-functional teams and own all aspects of delivering Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions end to end, including but not limited to: solution design, solution development life-cycle, solution implementation, and demonstration of business value. Your role on the Performance Insights team would be guiding data-driven decisions, recommending data-driven actions, sharing Product utilization and impact trends, highlighting wins, identifying new data-driven opportunities, performing A/B tests, completing and supporting Efficacy Analysis to measure success of new releases over existing features. In this role, you will assist Product managers with ad-hoc reporting needs, and provide input on product working calls as it relates to reporting needs and the

database requirements necessary to support them. The Product Manager Performance Insights Analytics will focus on developing, automating and deriving insights from Analytics and Reporting Tools such as

Tableau/Qlik/ThoughtSpot/Adobe dashboards, storytelling new customer insights with UI/UX visualizations and maintaining, providing feedback, and

enhancing existing reports. This will also be an opportunity to build and track tool utilization, create data-driven use cases,

and empower stakeholders to optimize experiences, and build new use cases that champion efforts to optimize revenue, and improve both customer and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities: Collaborating and partnering with Product Managers, AI&D, GTS,

and channel stakeholders to identify and create new use cases driven by data,

solve for reporting requirements, and assist with executing new use cases.

Analyzing Performance Insights Results, exploring areas of interest for new feature opportunities, assist with data-driven feature development, and reporting dashboards in ThoughtSpot/Tableau/Qlik/Looker to measure, analyze and report trends on Tool Utilization,

App Adoption, CX journey metrics with path analysis, cohort segmentation, SQL automation.

Sourcing and analyzing data from various data repositories, validating data for consistency, and partnering with GTS teams and AI&D to ensure data integrity and performance measure calculations.

Creating and deploying actionable dashboards for business owners to gauge performance and assist with optimization decisions that drive Utilization and key performance metrics related to new revenue, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.

You proactively research emerging developments in data mining, analytics, and visualization and apply what you learn to the projects at hand. You are detail-oriented and know how to be passionate about what really matters. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. You enjoy aligning various work streams to ensure the same vision and goal is achieved. You are a good listener, a strong communicator, and an accomplished storyteller. You’re able to summarize and frame requirements to peers, stakeholders, and partner groups. You take great pleasure in sharing learnings and best practices with your team. You’ll need to have Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Ability to create complex SQL queries to pull data from relational and non-relational data sources like Teradata, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/BigQuery,

Hadoop/HIVE SQL and EDW.

Data visualization skills and good experience using Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Qlik to develop reports

Experience conducting research or analysis and managing projects for multiple stakeholders.

A/B Testing experience and familiarity with tests of statistical significance including, but not limited to: T-Test and Chi Square.

Even better if you have A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, analytics/business intelligence, engineering, mathematics, statistics, behavioral sciences or other relevant technical discipline.

Six or more years of professional work experience within analytics and dashboards

Prior experience with

BI Tools or Analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and visualization tools like Tableau/Qlik/ThoughtSpot/Looker etc

Analytical skills and problem solving skills with capability and experience connecting sales/operational/channel data between multiple data sources to develop queries, analyze data and generate insights.

Prior experience in Customer Experience, Digital and Assisted Channel Analytics, NPS Scorecards, Dashboard Reporting, KPIs, customer journey cross-channel analytics is a plus

Statistical background with ML algorithms and tools such as

R/Python/Spark, Deep Learning techniques or other advanced analytics tools.

Any prior exposure to AI/Machine Learning and some high-level understanding of ML models or data science model metrics to generate insights

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
