Machine Operator/Assembly - Military veterans preferred

Adecco Staffing is working with a client in the greater Hinsdale, NH who is looking for additional Machine Operators on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift. Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm.2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00am.3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:30pm-6:30am.Pay: 1st Shift: $18.00 per hour2nd Shift: $19.62 per hour3rd Shift: $20.16 per hourJob Purpose:To efficiently operate machines within the injection and blow molding departmentsEssential Duties and responsibilities:Load and operate fast paced machineryMaintains standard productivityMaintains standard shift paperworkVisually inspect and package products for conformance to quality standardsMeet production/productivity goalsRead job books and follow contents in order to achieve determined resultsAble to communicate with others and/or interact with others in a supportive, responsive, and respectful mannerWork safely and maintain a safe and clean work area.Perform any other assigned tasks as delegated by group leader or supervisor/manager.Qualifications:Must be of 18 years of age or olderHigh School diploma or equivalent, or relevant experienceAble to read, understand and follow instructions, company procedures and standards is requiredAble to complete duties with attention to detail and accuracyAble to get along with others and work well in a team environmentGood manual dexterity is requiredReliable and consistent attendance is required.Must be able to work overtime as neededAble to work with minimum supervision.If you are interested in this position or others available, please apply with an updated resume.Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.16 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
