Learn more at SummaryJob Summary:Working as a Resident Regional Manager, you are responsible for multiple clinical engineering accounts. You are responsible for managing client relations, along with ensure that the clinical engineering services offered to the customers is of superior quality.Key Responsibilities:Develops financial forecasts and balance programs and resources for multiple clinical engineering accounts within the regionDevelops a business plan and budget for the regionControls overhead expenses within the regionResponsible for attainment of financial goals for the regionReviews and analyzes financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial resultsRecommends and manages capital requirements to maximize financial returnsActively involved with sales survey pricing of businessMonitors future contract financial reviews and updatesResponsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to the regional and divisional goalsMonitors period analysis and initiate action plans as necessaryMaintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retentionMaintains an active stewardship program at multiple levels within the regionAdministers required client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and responds in a timely and effective mannerPromotes client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resourcesMonitors and ensures compliance with the provisions of client contractsAssists in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as requiredPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience requiredFive+ years supervisory experience in clinical engineering with high customer/client contact requiredExperience managing multiple clinical engineering accountsBudgeting, forecasting, sales experience preferredAbility to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentationsAbility to multi-tasks and establish prioritiesAbility to maintain organization in a changing environmentExhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadershipPossess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office proceduresProficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookApply to Crothall todayCrothall is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
