CORE FUNCTIONS

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for marketing campaigns, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are met. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects. Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage project budgets. Track expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Collaborate with the creative team, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop compelling marketing materials. Liaise with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate updates and progress to key stakeholders regularly. Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns meet brand standards and quality benchmarks. Conduct thorough reviews of content, design, and messaging to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven 2-3-year experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software. Familiarity with ecommerce & marketing channels and trends, specifically digital media channels (paid search, paid social, email, affiliates, video, mobile, etc). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Travel

Occasional travel may be required; 10-15%.
