Solution

(APS) is seeking a Program Manager

to

manage

p

rograms within the

Electronic Warfare Systems Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). This role will collaborate with other program manager staff in setting program strategy, vision, and tactical direction for program execution by multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The PM will integrate the performance of the program’s engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, mission assurance, and program operations teams. Responsibilities to Anticipate: Support proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications, negotiation, and administration of contracts with the customer.

Develop excellent customer relationships and develop corrective actions to mitigate customer identified issues and changes to program scope.

Strong organizational, communication, and listening skills are a must for this

position.

Balance organization, customer/program, as well as execution team member priorities and conflicts

Maintain focus on customer satisfaction and all business objectives.

degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Degree Preferred)

Minimum 8

years

prior relevant experience, such as

Project Management

, Cost Account Manager, and/or Integrated Product Team Lead

Experience working

with Microsoft Office Suites (excel,

power

point, etc)

Experienced people l

eader to support cross matrix support

Experienced

track record

and/or managing program financial metrics (such as Return on Investment (ROI))

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
