Our client is a construction company in the Hillsboro area looking to add a Job Cost Bookkeeper/Office Manager to their team!
Reports directly to the owner of the company.
This position is responsible for the oversight of daily operations.
Boots and jeans / casual attire sort of office environment.

Overview of the role: Job Cost Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation using QuickBooks.
Oversee financial reporting to ensure timely submission of invoices and payments.
Assist with Human Resources tasks including processing weekly payroll, onboarding, managing employee records, and oversight of health insurance & workers comp insurance renewals & audits.
Assist with budgeting and cost control.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Maintain a professional and organized environment.
Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion!
