TechTarget is seeking a Product Manager, Integrations to help manage and grow its Priority Engine(TM) platform, the leading B2B Purchase Intent solution. This position will focus on the partner ecosystems in the B2B Marketing and Sales technology space, helping to integrate TechTarget’s Intent Data into other platforms like Salesfore.com, Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc. Individuals with experience with those platforms are encouraged to apply.

The Manager of Product Integrations will work with multiple internal departments to understand the various business processes/strategies that optimize the use of our Intent data within external systems, as well bring data from external systems back into Priority Engine. The individual qualified for this position is required to be a self-reliant, data-curious individual looking to apply their experience and judgment towards a variety of technical tasks.

Understanding of Demand Generation industry practices, Sales Operations, and Marketing best practices a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the publishing/media space, lead generation, or online advertising on either the buy or sell side.

Principal Responsibilities And Essential Duties

Serve as the product owner for integration development team, leading sprint backlog grooming, prioritization, and definition efforts. Be the subject matter expert for our data product and services. Define and manage the product roadmap, setting expectations with relevant stakeholders including the senior leadership team. Proactively research and understand the latest trends. Know our clients’ needs, as well as how our competition and partners are trying to service those needs. Work cross-functionally with other departments in order to ensure smooth delivery of product enhancements and features – including, but not limited to internal training/support. Help Sales Enablement team, Customer Success Team, Professional Services Team be up-to-date on product and product-related objections.

Requirements

2+ years of proven product management experience, with expertise in APIs, backend tools, and customer-facing features. Demonstrated record of working both independently and with a team to own cross-functional initiatives and exceed performance expectations and metrics Great communicator who can articulate highly technical details to broad audiences, with the ability to articulate user needs and the business value of products. Experience developing integration solutions in low code/IPaaS platforms (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, or other) Must possess a general understanding of ETL processes, data auditing techniques, and overall data architecture needed to support data integration. Have familiarity or experience with one or more of the following in the API ecosystem: 3rd party authentication and authorization, API communications, and workflow automation. Ability to dive deep technically when working with engineering and to up-level product positioning and messaging when working with sales and delivering marketing assets. Preference will be given to candidates with experience with B2B Marketing and Sales, including common platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketo, HubSpot, 6Sense, Outreach, Salesloft, and Demandbase. Remote candidates will be considered.
