Material Controllers are an essential linkage in the material management process by ensuring we have the necessary materials to fabricate and assemble our one-of-a-kind solutions. Following a proven, meticulous process, Material Controllers thoroughly maintain responsibility of material movement throughout the two sites at Jered. Success CriteriaWorking primarily between the shop floor and warehouse the Material Controller is responsible for the efficient flow and effective utilization of raw materials and components. Ensuring that material is received, stored properly, and safely transported between our two facilities is essential to keeping operations moving smoothly. Production cannot happen without the Material Controller accurately and efficiently supplying the manufacturing teams with ready to use materials, parts, or assemblies by picking kits for production or safely moving finished projects to storage until its time to ship to our customers. Sailing to success starts with having experience working in logistics or warehousing at manufacturing company for heavy equipment.
