Job Description

Put away stock coming from production areas accurately, safely and efficiently. Pull orders from stock/pre-stage areas and load trucks accurately, safely and efficiently. Verify size, style, color working as a team member striving to achieve 100% shipping accuracy.

Expedite warranty parts, wrap parts for shipment, send out all FedEx shipments, and move materials into and out of stock maintaining material flow and inventory accuracy.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Put away product coming from production areas.
  • Inspect mishandled product for damage.
  • Take damaged product to repair.
  • Remove jam-ups on conveyor lines, correct problems and/or recommend corrective measures.
  • Keep warehouse organized, clean and neat so that items may be found easily and appearance is acceptable.
  • Pull orders from stock or pre-staged area, wheel cabinets as needed, load/stack product to reduce chance of damage.
  • Make sure all units pulled are the right size and style.
  • Insure that all items are scanned prior to loading.
  • Mark product with appropriate shipping information.
  • Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly.
  • Perform other work assigned by supervisor.
  • You will learn the business of building cabinets.
