As a Project / Delivery Manager, you will be overseeing that the project is being delivered on-time and within budget. You will be managing a team of rapports while interfacing with customers, 3rd parties and fellow Conduent Managers.
**We need someone who can:**
* Create and manage project schedule, ensuring deliverables and milestones are met on time
* Manage project hours (budget), ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints
* Manage resources assigned to project
* Effectively communicate project status to customer and management; includes performance indices, deliverable and milestone completion status, risks, issues, and action items
* Forecast project schedule and budget at completion
* Manage risks, issues, and action items
* Interface with the customer; including setting expectations
* Interface with different functional areas of both the customer organization and Conduent
* Interface with 3rd party vendors or contractors
* Ensure adherence to the established project management processes
* Work with cross-functional teams to assess and recommend solutions for project issues or to bring the project back into alignment with schedule and budget
* Develop Statement of Work
* Coordinate development of cost estimates
* Manage the change request process for project scope modifications
* All other duties as assigned
**Basic Qualifications for Consideration:**
* 3+ years of Project Management experience required
* 3+ years of experience working with MS Project, MS Office
* Prior IT project management required
* Must possess superior analytical abilities
* Must possess outstanding communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:**
* Medicaid Experience
