We are currently recruiting for a **Team Leader** in Clear-Com productions assembly team. In this role, you will be coordinating the teams daily operations and serve as a hands-on subject matter expert. This is a **2nd Shift position working 2:00PM - 11:00pm**

**What you will do in the position:**

* Act as a liaison between management and the team

* identify operation problems (i.e. tooling, manpower, documents, etc.) and potential personnel and/or production problems and reports them to management.

* Trains assemblers and testers on methods procedures, and process flow

* Manages production within work cell, assigning work to assemblers and testers

* Tracks production quantity and line stops via an electronic production board

* Maintains good 7S housekeeping and safety standards.

* Performs audits and insures compliance with ESD and Companys Workmanship Standards.

* Maintains adequate and accurate inventory of assembly parts and supplies.

* Assembles, Reworks and/or Reassembles Products

* Verifies accuracy of instruction documents before start of work (i.e. schematics, assembly drawings, bills of materials, etc.)

* Checks work for accuracy, quality and conformity to specifications.

* Completes material transactions and routes items to the indicated inventory location

**What you will need to succeed in this position:**

* Electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred

* Demonstrated ability to lead and train/help others learn processes

* Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, 5S, 6S)
