About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help lead mostly technical and some technical project initiates across the organization as a member of our enterprise PMO Team. Responsibilities Include:

Manage project discovery, document project scope, high-level solutions and business requirements. Working with business resources to gather detailed requirements and define detailed implementation plans. Work closely with Business Owner to define and articulate project strategy, and make recommendations regarding execution strategies to create potential solutions. Identify, research, analyze and manage risks and interdependencies within projects/systems/resources, and formulate plausible solutions and contingency plans in consultation with stakeholders and Senior Management as necessary. Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and large complex projects with multiple work streams. Develop and execute an efficient internal and external communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team. All other duties assigned.

What We’re Looking For

BA/BS in Business or Technology field or equivalent experience (such as PMP Certification) 3-5 Years experience in Project management eCommerce experience, B2B or B2C Project Management, including Agile, Scrum, or other proven methodologies Proven ability to break down complex and ambiguous requirements and ability to navigate complex projects with a high level of ambiguity Demonstrated ability to consistently drive implementations and enhancements Able to drive steering committees and negotiate timelines, trade-offs, and resolve conflicts Ability to negotiate with executives or other business leaders Must have a passion for process re-engineering, driving predictability while enabling innovation Communicate effectively with various levels of the organization and must shift rapidly between communications styles Customer-centric focus

Compensation

Our Target Hiring Range for this position in our Carlsbad, CA location is $95,000-$125,000. Please note that this range is based on work location, experience and alignment to requirements of the role.
