ABA Clinical Supervisor (FT) - Military veterans preferred

Overview:

Autism Spectrum Therapies ("AST"), one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the county, is looking for an exceptional masters-level ABA professional to join our team as a Managing Technician! This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to build their assessment skills while working toward becoming a BCBA.

AST currently employs nearly 100 BCBAs with offices in 7 states and growing. We are hiring 3 Managing Technician's to support the following areas:

• Manging Technician #1: Hemet, San Jacinto, Sun City, Perris
• Managing Technician #2: Moreno Valley, Banning, Beaumont, Yucaipa
• Managing Technician #3: San Bernardino, Rialto, Fontana, Bloomington, Colton, Highland, Redlands

Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of a BCBA
• Accrue all indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA
• Oversee a team of approximately 5 interventionists and average 10 - 15 clients
• Develop client goals and clinical programs
• Support parent training and education
• Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings

Qualifications:

• Masters degree
• Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
• BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification
• Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
• Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
• Demonstrated ability to train others
• Strong communication and writing skills
• BCaBA preferred, not required
• Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required

Compensation Range:

$24.70 - $31.20 / hour

Other salary range for activities such as administrative work or driving time is $15.50 to $26.00
