Responsible for a caseload of residents to monitor and develop health care plans, pass medications, admit/discharge residents and perform resident assessments as needed. Must have Iowa License. Will be required to have the ability to lift 35lbs.Starting at $27.00/hour for LPN plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts!!!Qualifications:Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. physical exam, TB test)Ability to lift 50 poundsRequires physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Position may also require periods of sitting.Ability to use nursing process of observation, interpretation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to meet the needs of each individualAbility to accurately receive, transcribe, and implement physician's ordersAbility to document accuratelyTraining and Experience:Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
