We are seeking talented

Senior Change Management/ Organizational Development

expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading change management initiatives, engaging employees, and shaping the strategic direction of our clients within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a Lead Associate, you will bring your management initiatives, assess organizational and programmatic efforts, and propose innovative solutions to senior executives to enhance the organizational performance of our clients. Your proficiency in project management and milestone tracking will be crucial, coupled with political savvy gained from working in large change management programs with geographically dispersed contributors. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will thrive in the role by bringing supplementary experiences to the forefront. Lastly, you bring to the team the strong ability to build relationships as well as navigate personal environments within the client's organization.

Responsibilities:

Leading engagements and teams of 2-4 people to ensure successful delivery to our clients Providing project management support to ensure we meet client needs for timeliness and quality Developing frameworks and understanding our our company's frameworks to provide organization insights Understanding and synthesizing, and sometimes conducting, research and analysis that drives findings for our clients Leading stakeholder engagement through communications and facilitation Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

MBA or MS degree in business, Organizational Development, Change Management, or related discipline - other degrees considered with demonstrated experience. BA or BS degree required, preferably in business, information technology, or organizational assessment. 15 years of experience leading change management initiatives with a focus on employee engagement. Proven experience in delivering assessments of organizational and programmatic efforts, proposing solutions for performance improvement. Proficient in developing plans and managing progress against milestones. Political savvy gained through experience in large change management programs impacting organizations that are geographically dispersed. Effective oral and written communication skills at the senior executive level. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Ability to commute regularly within the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and travel out-of-town within the US (up to 20%). U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (the nature of our work with the federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens) Benefits
