Sun Life Family Health Center - Full Time - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Employed Average Patients seen: 25-28 Loan Repayment Compensation: Base Salary up to $325,000 plus productivity bonus and Director stipend Benefits: - Medical, Dental, Vision - 403(b) retirement - Annual CME allowance Paid CME time - Vacation and sick time - Approved employer for student loan assistance programs through State of AZ, HRSA and NHSC Additional Info: - Provide clinical leadership to 4 Center for Women locations: Casa Grande, Chandler, Maricopa, and Mesa - Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. - 60% clinical, 40% admin split - Will have same requirements and duties as physicians QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS - 2-5 Years experience in medicine, preferably in a group setting - Able to work effectively with and as a team player - Ability to suggest and write policies and procedures specific to the OB/GYN department - Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints - Spanish speaking preferred EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - AZ license - Experience as a Chief of Obstetrics or Chief of Medical Staff - Experience supervising, planning, assigning, and directing work of OB/GYN Providers and support staff
