Pay Information $2,000 per week About The Position Travel RN- Case Manager- Must have 3+yrs acute CM RN experience in hospital setting. Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13wks Shift: 8a-4:30p M-F *Available to work every other weekend and rotate major/minor holidays. No planned time off throughout contract BLS required, Discharge planning and Utilization Management experience. *Cerner, MCG experience required* Please do not submit your candidate unless you have already reviewed potential housing/housing costs with your traveler. The Case Manager collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team efforts to meet facility resource management expectations, assist in the reduction of physician practice variations and enhance patient outcomes with emphasis on decreasing length of stay and monitoring cost effective patient care across the continuum of care.
